A basic three hour programme for individuals who wish to gain an insight into emergency procedures and attain a certificate of attendance.

The course covers actions at an emergency, primary and secondary assessment and principles of resuscitation. By the end of the course, candidates will be able to demonstrate the essential knowledge and skills needed to deal with a cardiac arrest.
